The right format depends on the substrate, the surface area and the equipment already on the line.
Coarse hot-melt granules for scatter-coating equipment. Good for porous textiles and shoe-board lamination.
Fine hot-melt powder, applied by sieve or scatter. For finer textiles, apparel interlining, leather backing.
Continuous adhesive film. Place between substrates, press with heat. The cleanest, most controllable bond line.
Lightweight non-woven adhesive web. Breathable bond — apparel collars, plackets, garment fusing.
Open-mesh adhesive net. Decorative bonding, where the adhesive needs to disappear into the fabric pattern.
Thermo-grade bond strength for heat-sensitive materials. The next-gen formulation when heat is the problem, not the solution.
