Contactless cards and biometric passports talk over radio. So can a thief, with a $30 reader. ID Shield is the metallised inner liner that turns a wallet, a card sleeve or a passport cover into a Faraday cage — without changing the way it looks or feels.

Every contactless payment card, biometric passport and corporate ID badge has an antenna inside it. That antenna can be read at distance by any compatible reader — including ones held in a backpack on the train. The fix is physics, not software: a thin conductive layer between the card and the antenna outside.
ID Shield is that layer. A flexible, leather-friendly metallised composite that drops into the wallet construction at the lining stage. The customer sees a normal lining; the cards sit behind a Faraday cage.
RFID-blocking linerID ShieldID Shield RFID-blocking liner — laminated inside wallets, passport covers and card-holders. Invisible to the customer; transparent to the buyer.
Different cards live at different frequencies. ID Shield is engineered to block both bands the consumer carries.
Low-frequency band. Older proximity cards, building access tokens, livestock tags.
High-frequency band. Contactless payment, biometric passports, public-transit cards, modern access cards.
The standard most contactless payment cards comply with. Tested blocked.
The standard for vicinity cards including some biometric passports. Tested blocked.

Independent lab testing per ISO 14443 and ISO 15693. Documentation provided per article for retail-claim use.
"RFID-blocking" is a hangtag claim. Customers know what it means and pay more for it.
Sewn or glued in at the lining stage like any inner reinforcement. No new equipment required.
Flexible, thin (~0.2 mm), no bulk on the panel, no print-through to the leather face.
A continuous metallised film between two leather-friendly carriers. Conductive enough to short out RF energy at consumer-band frequencies.
Cut to panel shape and sewn or glued in at the lining stage. Doesn't change the way the wallet looks, opens, or feels.
Reader RF can't reach the card antenna. The card can't be read until it leaves the wallet voluntarily.
Send the panel CAD. We recommend a format and cut shape.
