Why it matters

Mould is a
shipping problem.

A leather shoe leaves the factory in good condition. It crosses the equator in a 40-foot container that reaches 50 °C and 90% humidity by day, then drops to dewpoint at night. Condensation forms inside the shoe. Mould spores in the leather and the packaging activate. Weeks later the box opens at a warehouse in Europe — and the goods are unsellable.

01Anti-Fungal Stickers & PE Sheet

A barrier against
mould & mildew.

Food-grade components in a recyclable LDPE base, working on release technology — protecting products from mould, fungi and bacteria so they reach the customer fresh.

Pure, DMF-free desiccants with a strong affinity for moisture — long-lasting protection from fungus, rust and every kind of moisture problem, with technical guidance on application.

Wasake GelNew-technology gel with capacity several times that of silica gel. REACH-compliant, free of DMF and Cobalt Chloride. Non-woven packing that won't tear in high moisture. 1 g · 2 g · 4 g.
Sundry IIJapanese-technology desiccant of calcium chloride and cereal sourcing — absorbs moisture and converts to gel with a visible colour change (white → brown → black). Single-side waterproof film, no leakage. 10 g · 30 g for cartons & pallets; 240 g for containers & store areas.
Silica GelPure white, perfectly round beads — maximum surface area for physical absorption of water vapour with no chemical reaction or side effects. Non-woven packing. Various sizes.
03Smell Absorbers

Remove the
musty note.

Active smell absorbers that strip out the musty odour which develops alongside mould — even when growth is still sub-visible — so the box opens clean as well as dry.

Placed alongside the anti-fungal and moisture layers, the smell absorber neutralises the volatile compounds that signal mould to a buyer's nose on arrival — protecting the perceived quality of the goods, not just their condition.

04Anti-Microbial Solution

Defence built
into the material.

A surface-applied anti-microbial finish for leather and lining at the end of production — the first line of defence on the material itself, before the packaging layers go on.

Where the anti-fungal stickers and desiccants protect the air inside the carton, the anti-microbial solution treats the product surface directly — completing the 360° EAS framework from the material outward to the container.
